Anaro takes advantage of market conditions to return capital to our investors. We also provide our investors with opportunities to re-cycle returned capital regularly investing into new assets, and we manage diverse range of commercial real estate in many locations throughout New Zealand.

 

Whilst these assets vary across sector, value, risk profile and return each transaction is structured as a standalone special purpose vehicle ‘SPV’ and we draw upon our in-house accounting function to provide taxation advice to ensure each ownership structure is both financially efficient and flexible.

 

All functions of the business are overseen by a head office management structure lead by CEO Natalie Evans and COO Jason Little. In addition to that, each asset has a dedicated property manager. We also ensure the physical fabric of group buildings is managed and maintained to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and value preserved.
