From Zero to Hero - Exploring the RBNZ's options if the OCR reaches zero

There has been a lot written since the last RBNZ MPS on Negative Interest Rates and Quantitative Easing options that the RBNZ may adopt if they thought necessary to stimulate the economy and increase inflation closer to their target range of 2.00%.
